Demand Generation Manager


We are hiring our first Demand Generation Manager who will report to the CEO/co-founder.

You will be a true marketing generalist in this role and will need to be a great storyteller with a passion for writing. You will run targeted user acquisition and retention campaigns spanning email marketing, paid and organic social media, email marketing, content strategy, partnerships, and analytics.

The Role

To be successful in this role, you will focus across four key areas:
    • Driving demand generation and creating our lead management strategy across multiple channels
    • Planning and executing B2B campaigns including acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell
    • Developing and managing nurturing campaigns
    • Executing sales-initiated 1:1 nurture campaigns

Your Day

    • Plan, build, and execute B2B campaigns
    • Identify content needs for campaigns and build content inventory
    • A/B testing of campaigns to increase success rate
    • Develop nurture campaigns, including 1:1 nurture campaigns for sales representatives to use for their customers and prospects
    • Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and fine-tune to increase conversion rates

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
    • 3+ years of experience writing marketing content and advertising campaigns
    • 1+ year of experience using Google Ads (this will be a heavy component of the role)
    • 1+ year of experience creating content for paid and organic acquisitions
    • 1+ year of experience executing A/B testing
    • SaaS B2B experience is preferred
    • Full authorization to work, and residency, in the United States is required
