Full-Cycle Senior Technical Recruiter (In House)


Recruiting at Delegate is not a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. As an in-house recruiter, you are often the first contact and experience candidates have with us, so you are a Delegate ambassador reflecting our culture. You will interact with many different types of people each day, including candidates for multiple different roles, hiring managers, leadership, and agency contacts. Reporting to the Head of Programs, we are looking for our first recruiter who is a person of all trades and has exposure to the entire recruiting process and strategy. In this role, you will need expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, recruiting marketing, understanding of emotional intelligence, offer management and closing candidates, onboarding, and stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

    • Source passive and active candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings following behavioral interviewing best practices
    • Write job postings and manage job boards
    • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
    • Perform reference checks as needed
    • Manage onboarding and new hire process
    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
    • Inform recruiting strategy based up on research of current recruiting trends and best practices
    • Maintain hiring manager and recruiting agency contact relationships
    • Coach and advise hiring managers on interview process, feedback requirements, and compensation analysis

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting. This includes sourcing and job board management, passive hiring, pipeline management, ATS management, phone screening, hiring manager and agency recruiter relationship management, offer negotiation, and onboarding; startup experience preferred
    • 2+ years technical recruiting, particularly exempt and high-volume roles, within SaaS industry
    • 2+ years writing/creating candidate email campaigns and recruiting marketing campaigns
    • 1+ year working within applicant tracking and HRIS systems; salesforce or implementation experiences are bonuses
    • Bachelor's degree and recruiting certifications preferred but not required
    • Full authorization to work, and residency, in the United States is required

Experience

Ideally, 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with 3+ years in technical recruiting
