I have supported Salesforce at all levels from brand new implementations to existing enterprise grade orgs. Building out the correct tech stack and crafting tools to fit the needs of the business and users gives me great satisfaction. I also love building processes and automations that make the lives of the end user easier. I love Delegate’s model because it allows us to work closely without SOWs and strict time tracking. I am a huge commercial aviation geek, love staying active through working out and rugby, and am the proud owner of a Jewish deli / Bagel bakery in my new home of San Antonio, TX.
